RAPPADELIC was formed in 1993 by JAMES KIMBLE & THOMAS SMITH,before the group first live performance THOMAS better known as TECK-9 left the group to relocate with a new JOB offer as a cook in Pennsylvania ,later long time childhood friend TROY HEARD got with JAMES to finish assembling the FUNKY HIP HOP MOB, the idea was to have the 70’s style with the hiphop flavor mixing R&B with rapp and funk
